0. Actions:

• Look at cosmic data for channel inefficiencies, compare with damage report from tracker QA, and use to inform whether to replace external waveguides - ES See below
• Pattern Recognition to handle +ve and -ve beams - AD In progress
• Merge tracker_devel into trunk - AD Done
• Make LED connector - GB, KLs In progress
• Test LED bismuth paint - GB Done
• Sort out channel / plane naming conventions in hardware and software - GB, AD, ES

1. Tracker lab and Repairs: AB, GB, CM

• Temperature in tracker lab - AD
  • GB has been keeping an eye. Probably won't be need a log, just put a thermostatically controlled heater in when winter comes, if needed. Play by ear.
• Cosmic ray analysis looking for bad channels - ES, AD, GB
  • Looked at results, hard to match to QA data, difficulties in matching hardware and software numbering / naming conventions. Important to check both and map them in a consistent way.
• Need to QA external wave guides at some point
• Hopefully get T1 back in box next week
• Push to get decision on where installation will occur (R9 or MICE hall) - AD

2. LED: EO

• LED connector - GB, KLs
  • KLs still working on it, hopefully later this week
  • Will work on it on Thursday and Friday - GB, AD, KLs, EO
• Bismuth paint - GB
  • Need to brush them over once dried with small brush, then should be fine

3. DAQ/Calibration: DA, EO

• On hold until DA returns

4. Services in the MICE hall: CM

5. Mitigation of effect of magnetic field: CM, MG

6. Software: AD, ES, CH

• Merge with trunk - AD Done
• Charge resolution in Pattern Recognition - AD In progress
• Hits to Digits lookup - IT In progress
