Analysis of first data from run 01.a¶
Chris Hunt has some data analysis scripts that all can use and has some processed data files:
While the Grid Processing of Data is under development, some batch processed data, from the recent runs, is available on the RAL PPD machines in the directory:
/opt/ppd/mice/MICE_Processed_Data/
Please be aware that it was processed with an experimental branch of MAUS due to the requirements of the software commissioning. If you experience some issues please try merging the updates available in the launchpad branch:
lp:~christopher-hunt08/maus/maus_scifi_recon_devel
and try again. If you still experience issues, please let me know - C Hunt.
