Installing Tracker Calibration and Mappings¶

From you working MAUS home directory.

Move the calibration:
mv files/calibration/
Change your configuration file to read SciFiCalibrationFileName = "scifi_calibration_2015-06-18.txt"

Move the mapping:
mv src/map/MapCppTrackerDigits/
Change your configuration file to read SciFiMappingFileName = "scifi_mapping_2015-06-16.txt"

Move the geometry
mv Step_4_def_5_2_Trackers.dat src/legacy/FILES/Models/Configurations/

When running MAUS add the command line arguement
-simulation_geometry_filename Step_4_def_5_2_Trackers.dat
