Installing Tracker Calibration and Mappings¶

From you working MAUS home directory.

Move the calibration and rename:
mv merged_calib.txt files/calibration/scifi_calibration_jan2013.txt

Move the mapping and rename:
mv hall_mapping_complete_20150612.txt src/map/MapCppTrackerDigits/mapping_7.txt

Move the geometry
mv Step_4_def_5_2_Trackers.dat src/legacy/FILES/Models/Configurations/

When running MAUS add the command line arguement
-simulation_geometry_filename Step_4_def_5_2_Trackers.dat
