Early June Preliminary Run Plan¶

Subject to beam being available:

• Tuesday 2nd June : Tracker not available, TOF1 not available
  • 7pm - 9pm
    • Close and secure Hall
    • Beam tuning
    • Make DAQ and Run Control ready for running
  • 9pm
    • Review meeting between MOM and experts. Decision made to cancel shift at this point.
  • If not cancelled, 10pm - 6am
    • Measurements : Jaroslaw's beam precommissioning (scan of Q1,Q2,Q3) --> 02 June 2015 beam settings
    • Shift may end early. In this case procedures to be discussed in daily meeting.

• Wednesday 3rd June : Cancelled due to work on conventional magnet water sytem

• Thursday 4th June : Tracker not available, TOF1 not available
  • 7pm - 9pm
    • Close and secure Hall
    • Make DAQ and Run Control ready for running
  • 10pm - 6am
    • Repeat or complete work from Tuesday
    • Shift may end early. In this case procedures to be discussed in daily meeting.

• Friday 5th June : TOF1 in beam, tracker available
  • 7pm - 9pm
    • Close and secure Hall
    • Make DAQ and Run Control ready for running
  • 10pm - 6am
    • Repeat or complete work from Tuesday
    • Reference run with TOF1 trigger (start of shift)
    • TOF Calibration runs
    • Cerenkov/EMR momentum scans
    • Jaroslaw measurement interrupt

• Saturday 6th June
  • Finish or repeat runs from Friday
  • Tracker commissioning : exact run plan will be discussed at daily meeting.
