How to move D1 and D2 - Draft¶

D2¶

1. Disconnect POMPOM/polarity sensor
2. Check power and earth cables on D2
3. Remove water hose bracket above D2, arrange temporary support during magnet movement.
4. Remove chock
5. Start moving - watch earth and interlock cables
6. Stop moving!
7. Replace chock

Replacement¶

I think it will be opposite of above, i.e.:

1. Remove chock
2. Start moving - watch earth and interlock cables
3. Stop moving!
4. Replace chock
5. Reattach water hose bracket above D2
6. Check power and earth cables on D2
7. Reconnect POMPOM/polarity sensor
8. Check POMPOM sensor signal
9. Power magnet to 50 A, and confirm all connection and interlocks OK and that POMPOM polarity reading is correct

D1¶

1. Disconnect POMPOM/polarity sensor
2. Disconnect power cables D1
3. Disconnect water supply on D1
4. Remove chock
5. Start moving - watch earth and interlock cables
6. Stop moving!
7. Replace chock
