  • Give LH2 documentation to Steve to add to official documentation list (Craig, Josef)
  • Implement weekly alarm review procedure for MOM (Steve): stands but is being worked on. Ajit has developed a script which will dump all active alarms which the MOM can inventory weekly.
  • Find a ATEX qualified person to do/supervise LH2 electrical modifications : done
  • Update shift checklist to focus on alarms : (Steve): stands
  • MOM/Steve to formally ask ISIS to run @ 3 V next cycle and to book time for beam tuning :
    • Steve has spoken to Bryan. Permission granted subject to them. Closer to date will book time for beam tuning. Put in a request for machine tuning time in the second week of the run up.
  • Arrange a geometry survey for September just before running starts : Colin/ChrisR stands
