Friday Operations Meeting : 24/4/2015¶

• Review of Evening Debugging Runs

Special thanks to Yordan, Durga, Francoise and Pierrick for spending long hours in the CR over the
last week helping to make the system run

• Weekend Operations Running Mode : New or old Trigger Configuration

We will run the new system, which implies that we need to take a TOF calibration run, hopefully on Friday night

• General comments about control room activities arising from last weekend run
  • Please be methodical when going through checklists and ensure that all steps are carried out. (All)
  • Enhance written Elog error messages so that physics shifter has a better idea of what went wrong and whether it is serious. Include error
    message in Elog entry (All)
  • Remember to fill in the Shift Summary at the end of every shift. Information should include :
    • Date and Shift (morning, afternoon, night)
    • Name of shifters, BLOC, SOC and MOM
    • Status of ISIS during the shift
    • Summary of runs taken (run number, run configuration, any other short comment on run)
  • for the moment we will keep the Run Summary Spreadsheet going in parallel with the CDB (to be reviewed every week)
    Check CDB after each run - put in Chris shift checklist. The CDB viewer can be found here

• Request to experts on site : Saturday morning readiness check

All agree to be available on Saturday morning to bring the system up.
