• Require 2 start up lists:
  • start up from free access/worker occupied state
  • start up from standby state

Set System from Completely Off to Active¶

• remove item 3 (shoes, helmet, vest)
• move 10 to 5 and make BLOC job - replace
• remove 8
• remove 9
• ensure HV is on, and LM voltages on
• remove 12
• confirm neutron monitor operational
• item 16 depends on which list
• remove 17
• 18 -> confirm BL, Detector, and DAQ alarm handlers running
• 19 - ensure BL summary is operating
• 20-23 no change
• lower beamstop -> open beamstop & verify
• remove 25
• remove 26
• remove 28 (done by RC)
• 30: verify w/BLOC that target is ready and timing OK
• remove 31 and 32
• add start RC

Set System from Standby to Active¶

• MOM collects keys (lock target system enable, BS, and Muon Beam Permit)
• collect Target Frame Enable key from ISIS
• confirm BL elements are on and ready
• lower target frame
• start target
• start RC

Set System from Active to Standby¶

• replace 3 & 4 with ensure shifter has target frame raised
• remove 8
• ensure BLOC has closed BS
• remove 14

Set System from Active to Completely Off¶

• replace 3 & 4 with ensure target frame raised
• remove 8
• remove 16

Actions:¶

• PMH - add PA setting to RefRun
• PMH - verify RC ensures DAQ status ready
• PMH - modify RC to get OnMon status
• PMH - confirm w/Adam the need/desire to have an OnRec status flag
• SB - create new lists
• SB/PMH - make MOM checklist a GUI?
• Create/update BLOC checklists: BL, Target, DS
