** Shipment of Italian equipment has been delayed, at owners request.

** US equipment shipped OK, request to get invoiced as soon as possible.

** DSA information: beam stop being removed and DSA being closed off with passive material.

** Hybrid MC: action stands. 

** Lack of manpower: stands -- need now to discuss how to distribute tasks being carried out by PF.

** SSU and SSD survey: has been made into a MICE Note (thanks CR)

*** In relation to the diffuser issues, 7469 geometry update is in progress.  Paper on this data needs to be finalised. 

** Track model (Tom) is doing noise study.

** Emittance paper: PF is preparing new Monte Carlo.  Then push to get the paper out.

** Emittance evolution paper: Referees meeting in first week of October

** Scattering paper: Ggo grid cluster has had some issue. Progress will be reported at CM52.

** System performance paper: plots from most people now.  Should be a paper by the CM.

** LH2 accepted.

** H/w paper to be restarted.

** Over-arching magnet paper; could be considered.
