Get there by public transportation, take the Red or Green line to 35th St/Bronzeville/IIT station, walk to the Life Sciences Bldg at the SW corner of 31st St. and S State St. (refer to this map: http://www.iit.edu/about/pdfs/main_campus_bw.pdf, mind that the Red line now uses the same stop as the Green line).
