Elog, CDB, and Reconstruction¶

Elog entries are ok.

CDB uploaded ok with the exception of the following runs:
10525 (pulser run), 10527-10530 (pulser runs), 10558, 10572, 10575

Note: 10558 is not in CDB. The reason as explained on the shift summary is that as its data taking was about to start, it was noticed that its beam setting was not correct, so it was immediately stopped. I have myself noticed this feature before where an immediate stop of the run on the Run Control GUI can cause the run to not get uploaded to CDB.

Note: In the "end of run note" on CDB, run 10568 has been reported to have had DAQ errors; this may be because of missing spills caused by the loss of ISIS beam (in the shift summary elog ISIS has been reported to have gone down).

Note: Runs 10577-10578 and 10574-10575 were stopped because of DAQ errors.

Online reconstruction is ok with the exception of the following run:
10568, which is successfully reconstructed on http://reco.mice.rl.ac.uk/ but is missing its onrec plots
10585, 10589 in CDB but not on http://reco.mice.rl.ac.uk/

All runs are reconstructing ok
