 Going through table in 2015/01 v5 run plan... 

 h2. TOF Calibration

 h2. Tracker Hardware commissioning 

 Upstream tracker; maximal fluence setting:- aim is to get as many particles as possible through the tracker centre, choose muons because they don't decay. No diffuser, low emittance beamline 

 Upstream tracker; maximal illumination setting:- aim is to illuminate the upstream tracker reasonably evenly, choose muons because they don't readily decay. High emittance beamline 

 Downstream tracker; maximal fluence setting:- we will illuminate the entire downstream tracker no matter what, so here we want to just get the best rate through that we possibly can 

 h2. Tracker Validation 

 Downstream tracker; maximal fluence setting:- aim is to illuminate both trackers with as many muons as possible 

 h2. Beamline Pre-Commissioning 

 To be defined. 

 h2. Tracker External Alignment/External Alignment other detectors 

 Downstream tracker; maximal fluence setting:- aim is to illuminate both trackers with as many muons as possible. Take a setting at 140, 200, 240 MeV/c to try to fight residual fields systematic. 

 h2. Validation of track matching 

 Muon beam, 3 momenta, scan Q789 for TOF0-1 matching? 

 h2. Validation of PID 

 Pion beam, different momenta 
 Electron beam? 

 h2. Beam-Based Alignment 

 Run with SSU, three momenta, 10k muons, fiddle with currents to get most fluence 
 Run with SSD, three momenta, 10k muons, fiddle with currents to get most fluence 
 Run with AFC, three momenta, 10k muons, fiddle with currents to get most fluence 
 Run with combined, 10k muons, in baseline optics setting, fiddle with currents to get most fluence
