Creating a relatively simple geometry for the cosmic tests and putting in a vritual module does not produce the expected output.
Run on a clean install of maus-v0.1.4

As far as I can see from the log file the geometry is picked up OK and the visible part of the geometry is certaily reflected in the output picture.

run with "./simulate_mice.py -configuration_file=datacard > log"

It would be good if someone could look at the files and see if there is any obvious silly which would stop this working
