Description
Issue tracker to keep tab on tracker reconstruction

Present status at the start of this issue:
- Tracker reconstruction up to spacepoints is in the trunk, which includes
- Digitisation for both Monte Carlo SciFiHits and real data from the MAUS unpacker (including mapping and calibration)
- Cluster reconstruction from the SciFiDigits
- Spacepoints reconstruction from the SciFiClusters
- 70 - 80% test coverage
- Monte Carlo including its digitisation is not trusted and is under investigation
- Geometry and calibration data extraction from the CDB is mostly implemented, but is not yet used by the reconstruction, which relies on existing MiceModule data
- An early draft of Pattern Recognition for straight 5 point tracks is also in the trunk, and should be updated with a full straight track algorithm soon
- Helical Pattern Recognition is to follow after the straight
- Full track fitting is currently under development and is sometime away
