Description
I'm trying to run simulation, but it doesn't detect MatPlotLib, although I have already installed that. Should I re run some third party libraries in this case? Now it only makes simulation.out file, but no .wrl files.

Matplotlib has nothing to do with wrl files - these are visualisation file created by geant4. Matplotlib is a graph and histogram plotting library for python.
Try doing
source env.sh
bash third_party/bash/40python_extras.bash
(to install matplotlib)
Great! Now the simulation works fine (with matplotlib), but geant4 doesn't create wrl file. Where can I find it or how can I create it?
