Description

Tunnell added an "END_OF_RUN" spill type. This is breaking beam maker tests, which expect a primary in every spill. Probably most correct fix is to not expect primary in every spill in beam maker tests (it's running xboa against it, this is an xboa bug really).

Trunk is building okay now I think - will take dev freeze for release before I go home...
