Description

OutputPyJSON should take it's file name and type from datacards. Currently it needs to be hard coded which is unpalatable.

Propose two new cards:

output_json_file_name contains the file name that will be written to
output_json_file_type contains the type of file that will be written - either gzip or text at the moment
