Port TOF track reconstruction to MAUS.
Tasks:- Look at track reconstruction for the TOF code in G4MICE Applications/Step1Reconstruction/Step1Reconstruction.cc
- Make geometry soft coded
- Make calibration soft coded
- Remove ROOT stuff and use new Json persistency tree

- Step1Ensemble ... calls basic Tof Reconstruction to make space points and converts to ROOT
- Step1Reconstruction ... does Tof tracker reconstruction

Yordan now has a prototype TOF reconstruction so I think we can move forward with this... are you still active on it Galina?
