Define the data structure for TOF mappers. Note short deadline, as this blocks Rob, Galina. Data structure is defined in

${MAUS_ROOT_DIR}/src/common_py/SpillSchema.py

As discussed, could we get a schema for the spill data for TOF, to include data from each of the map steps:

Realdata MC | /
Digits Digits | /
Slabs---/ |
Space Points |
Calibrated Times |
Tracks

Presumably the Digits from MC should have the same schema as the Digits from real data
