Description
Tim was interested in having a look at ELMS version implemented by Stephen Brooks. ELMS is a libarry that does multiple scattering etc for muons in liquid Hydrogen. Investigate implementation in MAUS
First job: Rogers to send Carlisle C code for ELMS

Tim isn't currently working in MAUS for his multiple scattering stuff. I don't see this happening anytime soon. Keep?
Up to Tim - I put it here because Tim was interested in seeing Stephen's code, if he wants to implement it in MAUS we keep, else close.
I'll be coming back to the Multiple Scattering stuff at some point (I've downloaded the code), but let's clear the issue for now as it's a long way off.
