Description

I want to create a new map called MapPyScalersAnalysis
I have a folder with this name in /maus/src/map/ and I have MapPyScalersAnalysis.py in this folder.
But I am not able run this and I got the following error mesage:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "bin/my_tofrec_test.py", line 57, in <module>
run(data_path, data_file)
File "bin/my_tofrec_test.py", line 29, in run
my_map.append(MAUS.MapPyScalersAnalysis())
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'MapPyScalersAnalysis'

Please help!

my_tofrec_test.py is just a copy of analyze_data_mice.py
the only thing that is changed is line 29

Can you push your code?

What is in:

build/MAUS.py

you see anything about yoru class?

In build/MAUS.py I have:

try:
from MapPyScalersAnalysis import MapPyScalersAnalysis
except ImportError:
print 'failed to import MapPyScalersAnalysis'

Does it pass your tests? ie. does it compile?

If you commit then push, I can try to run it from here...

bzr commit
bzr push lp:~yordan-karadzhov/maus/devel

It looks like it's not finding the class within your MapPyScalers file, so showing us that could help

Okay, I'll close this then. What was it? Maybe somebody will run into the same issue?

And let us know if we could have made things easier.

Go to bed! :) Unless you're taking EMR data :)
