- Priority changed from Normal to High
No - the answer is clearly YES. If anything it should move up in priority.
Once is an accident. Twice is careless. We should be able to recover in 24 hours. Not two weeks - that's an embarassing disaster.

You change this to high priority and then when I try and get stuff done in a hurry i get complaints, you cannot have it both ways, therefore this should be reducing to low priority. What with notification period for down time that you require plus holidays it will be at least 2 months until all virtual machines have been shuffled around and host machines reconfigured. Only then will we be in a reasonable position.

- Due date set to 08 September 2011
Sorry, being an idiot as usual. I guess I just don't understand why it's not possible to have - install this takes two weeks, we'll plan for downtime on 23rd May, then install that takes three weeks, we'll plan for another downtime on 14th June. But it's just I don't understand the problem I guess.
