tof cabling in configuration DB
Instead of hardcoded. It's currently hardcoded (and there are different formats for different imes)
Changes to the cabling information will not be allowed within the MAUS trunk until this feature is complete. Otherwise, we're in the situation of either asking the hardware people to wire it like the software (which is unfair on them) OR no longer being able to analyze step 1 data.
BLOCKS: tof cabling changes

I've clarified that bit (I think) in MAUS. Figuring out how to get cabling (and calibration after that) into the config DB in any fashion that has intervals of validity will allow us to change cabling information if, for instance, somebody wires it up wrong or something changes.

No, the calibration is not uploaded as a text file. See some of the David Forrest's presentation.
The answer of the second question is Yes. There is a code to retrieve it. Just have a look in the code of the application.
It is simple and well documented.
PS: Be careful. In fact NO CALIBRATION is uploaded to the MICE CDB, because this can be done only from the MICE Control Room. I tested the application using a mirror of the database installed on my laptop.
