does this block v1.0?

Do we want all files to be cpp or cc? Same question for hh versus h. Cpp and hh are more standard (even in eclipse). It depends how long we need g4mice and maus in sync... because currently things are confusing because the digits class is in interface.

It'll be a script to change it all, so we could do it either way. Let's decide quickly.
