Description

The MiceModules cpp test requires write to disk - this is broken and causes the test to fail. Requirement is to rehack MiceModules so we don't need a disk write (use an istream rather than a filename in function call)

Do we disable the test in the meantime? Or remove SL4.8 from supported?

I disabled the test in rogers... awaiting merge. I'll leave the issue open because I don't want to lose the test.
