Two main goals:
- Implement and test a updated version of pattern recognition with discriminates based on spacepoint NPE only, rather than complicated track finding algorithms
This assumes a cluster or digit level noise rejection has been implemented

- Implement and compare an NPE based noise cut versus an ADC based noise cut to support the new PR algorithm and improve efficiency.

A rough split of work, Durga is looking at the NPE based noise rejected and I have been looking at the ADC based noise rejected. We can keep track of analysis scripts and data in this ticket.

Attached are the two scripts I have been using to perform the analysis. Durga has a branched version I believe. We should really merge them again I think.
