Description

Still trying to track down the chi2 anomaly... I reran MC with noise switched on (#1962). It didn't fix things. I just checked the tracker geometry using Chris Hunt's python API and... looks like there is Helium where there should be glue. Looks suspicious...

Nb: in the plot, yellow is Helium and Green is Polystyrene. There is just a bit of red which is steel.

Just a quick zoom to check the fibre geometry...

The apparent circles in previous plot are aliasing features.

Following some email back and forthage, I added in Rencast as the glue (thanks to Chris Hunt). There is a script attached to set it up. Do

python fix_tracker_He_bug.py /path/to/geometry

This appears to be fixed. We still don't quite know the density, but it works okay for now.
