Description

When trying to download run 10485_offline.tar from
gfe02.grid.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk:8301/RECO/MAUS-3.1.2/1/Step4/10400/
I got an internal server error

Durga mentioned this ticket to me:

The web server is a front end to Imperial dCache, so:
  • wait a bit and try again in case it's a load thing
  • try to fetch the file with Grid tools
  • submit GGUS ticket...

Could also contact the MICE Data Manager, but it looks as though we won't have one of those for much longer.

10485_offline.tar is now listed as ONLINE after intervention at IC - #1964 - but note that the RECO/MAUS-3.1.2/1/Step4/10400 directory referred to above doesn't exist in any case: the given MAUS version is misformed...
