I have been tasked with investigating inconsistencies in our records. This consists of
  1. Identifying a list of runs that are of interest for the sake of physics analyses in the future.
  2. Flagging the differences between CDB and the spreadsheet for those runs
  3. Providing the corrected values for writing to CDB.

Here is a table showing the runs since March of this year that show a difference between the spreadsheet and the CDB. I generated the list using the attached script which downloads and reads the run conditions spreadsheet using the "xlrd" python library (which is not standard) and compares the contents to the CDB for the run numbers contained therein. This means that a run must be present in the spreadsheet to appear on this list.

For the comparison of currents I needed to arbitrarily set some tolerances. For the quads and the dipoles I set this at 0.2 Amps. For the decay solenoid I used 6 Amps.
