To-do list for Thursday's training:

  • Hall Layout Schematic
  • Web Whiteboard:
    • CONTENT UPDATE
    • displays
  • Sufficient PPE present
  • Documentation - copies in correct binders
  • Checklists up-to-date
    • (PPS SC checklist)
    • attached OHP pens not dried out
  • MLCR computers and apps all working
  • MLCR and desks clean and usable
  • Manual whiteboard
  • PPS pre-requisites, esp. cranes and fencing
  • MOM paperwork - ATW, RA/MS
  • Pens/Paper (it's a training session after all)
  • Suitable "Test" beam in Run Controls, given uncertainty over Q4 and PA15mm
  • Metal Detector
  • Fiducial overlay on wall BLM display
  • circulate ISIS induction details
