Material definitions in simulation

Description
I have been reviewing the material definitions in MAUS and it seems to me that the files need a review.
For the CDB geometry we are missing definitions for Tufnol, TufsetPU, and brass. All of these materials are used in the diffuser. The composition of brass and TufsetPU (polyurethane) are known; they just need to be coded. Tufnol however is a question mark as it is a laminate composed of cotton and a phenolic compound of unknown properties.
There is also a note in src/legacy/Simulation/FillMaterials.cc that bc600 should have 2 oxygen in its chemical structure not 12 (which is used in the material definition). Wikipedia claims that this should be 2 as well, but there is possibly a more informed opinion about this somewhere.
The non-standard materials need to be reviewed, and the missing materials added in the definitions prior to specific evaluations of the energy losses in the materials in question. This should take a few days to complete, once time is allocated, for the materials in use by the geometry.
I tested the processing of a geometry from CDB and revealed a minor bug in MAUS 0.8.4 in the MMTranslation.xslt style sheet. This is an additional "or" in the test for the presence of the "BRASS" material in the GDML file that causes the translation to crash. Removing this "or" allows the geometry to be processed without problems. I have updated the "~ryan-bayes/maus/geo-devel" branch with the correction.
With some more digging, it seems that the most common form of Tufnol used in for engineering purposes is actually a fibreglass laminate. This means that the Tufnol components are basically plexiglass --- which is in the standard geant libraries. I have updated the translation files to reflect this and committed the updated file.

The MMTranslation.xsl file used to read the materials does not have a unit test associated with it. The only translation file that is tested is "RotatedGeometryFileTranslation.xsl" which is now depreciated. This is why the additional "or" that raised the crash in the geometry translation under MAUS 0.8.4 passed into the release. There is a test of the gdml to mice module translation written, but it is not used by virtue of its suffix; currently .bak for reasons of it being incomplete and the xsl files being not finalized when the test was written. Running the test explicitly on MICE v0.8.4 catches the extraneous "or" and once the or statement is removed the test runs successfully. I will have to think about how to expand the test in a useful way.
