Description

The online reconstruction is showing blank plots for the histograms of the time of flight form TOF0 to TOF2 and TOF1 to TOF2 (TOF0 to TOF1 is fine). The KL plots are also blank.

TOF2 is because we have no calibration so we can't reconstruct TOF plots. KL - I don't know, I will investigate.

The KL problem was because, as Chris guessed, 

 bin/online/analyze_data_online_input_transform.py
did not have the KL reconstruction maps in.

I've fixed it on onrec01 and pushed to lp:~mice-lcr/maus/1353

Weird problem trying to pull or merge this version in on onrec02:

[mice@miceonrec02a maus]$ bzr merge lp:~mice-lcr/maus/1353
bzr: ERROR: Connection error: while sending POST /bazaar/: (111, 'Connection refused')

My bad - the proxy was not set up and onrec02 was not logged in to launchpad. Fixed now (and I did the merge).

I did the merge with trunk also so I think this is closed (has my name on the issue tracker so I assume its my job, even though Durga did the work! Thanks Durga!)
