Add charge identification to SciFi Pattern Recognition

Description
At present pattern recognition only works on +ve beams. A small alteration makes it work only on -ve beams. Need to write an algorithm to tell the difference from data, and then adapt the pr depending on the case.
Is this done now, with the latest trunk merge?

It is done in Pattern Recognition in the merge branch, but there are still modifications in Kalman needed to deal with it. Reassigning...

Some rearrangements in the the way we extract magnetic field have altered this behaviour slightly. Currently being tested in tracker_devel. Expected to be fully available and working in the next release.
