Description

Find out at what dose level the neutron monitor registers a warning and the level which triggers a full alarm. Add the neutron monitor reading via epics to the alarm handler, with these levels to cause an alert in the MLCR.

From the local rules for the MICE Hall, the monitor is set to alert at 7.5 micro-Sv per hour.
