Description

Create a link between SciFi MC Hits and the Digits they create and implement a two-way lookup function. Lookup information to be stored on the MC side of the data structure to maintain the rule that no MC data is stored on the reconstrcution side. Ian Taylor serving as consultant.

Chris, at the tracker Kalman review meeting we agreed that Ian would do this as it is blocking Ed's work. Apologies, I know you have spent some time doing this but it just needs to be done.
