Description
When I phase multiple cavities - the auto phasing routine looks for cavities that got phased and starts the reference particle after the last successfully phased cavity. That's a bug, because I can accidentally phase a cavity in a long line with unphased cavities in between. Should start after the first unsuccessfully phased cavity...
